| October 28, 2006-AED's annual Career Day is a smash hit, as approximately 200 attended campus to learn more about careeres in a variety of professions, including medicine, dentistry, vet medicine, PA, nursing...and a whole lot more!! |

| January 23 , 2007-Dr. Susanna Parker, Admissions Dean from UT-Southwestern medical school overviews the latest UTSW happenings. She is joined by four current UTSW students (sitting in the front row, three of whom are TCU graduates (that would be Sean, Victor and Rebecca). |

| February 6, 2007-AED field trip to TCOM! We ventured north to the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, where we were treated to an overview of TCOM's admission's policies, curriculum, pizza and (best of all) a tour of their medical school. |

| Febraury 20, 2007-Dr. Walter Gracia, a plastic surgeon, showed us some amazing things. We also enjoyed an after-meeting meals provided by the Army. As well, the candidates for 07-08 AED exec spoke. A busy meeting! |

February 27, 2007-An action-packed meeting, including presentations by: i) Princeton Review about the MCAT; ii) the Air Force about scholarship opportunities; iii) Dr. Elloit Trotter and head scribe Eric Johnson about the scribe program (lower left) and Jordan Deathe, current TCU and cancer survivor (lower right). Then, pizza provided by the Air Force! |
| March 6, 200-We were treated to a lecture from William J. McDaniel, M.D. A retired orthopod who wrestled for three NCAA national champions, Dr. McDaniel rose to the rank of Rear Admiral in the Navy, served as physician to the US Olympic team, was a lead member of a Tsunami Relief Medical Team, and starred in the ABC reality show "The Mole II." What a treat! And the Navy also treated us to pizza after the meeting. |

April 16 , 2007-Texas Zeta enjoyed a memorable initiation banquet, as 23 students were initiated into the society. Outgoing VP of Special Events Suzanne and President Antoine Scott (lower left) did masterful jobs "MCing" the event. We were fortunate to have Dr. Paul Bowman, a prominant pediatric oncologist, deliver a touching after-dinner address. Our honor society was honored by his presence. |
| April 26, 2007-AED's "TCU Nights at Cook" hosts an appreciation banquet for our students, who have volunteered over 750 hours since 2005. Kameria Powell, coordinator of the program, put together a wonderful program, including a great after-dinner talk by Dr. , an Internist. |
| April 28, 2007-AED's Annual "Spring Fling" at Dr. and Mrs. Hartman's was a great end-of -the-semester activity, with super weather and (FINALLY) a piñata!! |
