The Biology Department is located on three floors in the Winton Scott Building on the TCU campus.

Our faculty consists of eleven tenure-track faculty and three instructors. Each year we graduate about 40 undergraduate biology majors. We also have a masters program with about eight graduate students each year.

Our faculty are very committed to the teacher-scholar model and are passionate instructors and dedicated research scientists. We have outstanding teaching facilities which recently underwent a multimillion dollar renovation of all classrooms. We promote a close relationship with our students both in the classroom and our research laboratories. Many of out students have gone on to outstanding careers in medicine, scientific research and environmental management.
